YourPath is our internal and proprietary training program, which (for many) starts at the University of Montana. The idea behind YourPath is simple. We want to educate and train the very best media professionals in the industry. Heck, it’s even one of our values. So whether you’re starting as a college student, intern, or employee, we'll help you master the craft of media execution.
