We want to “wow” our partners in unexpected ways. Our service should be an unforgettable experience.

Being unforgettable takes initiative, proactivity, and creativity. It is going outside of the standards of what is expected. It recognizes that strong performance, insightful reports, good communication, and solid recommendations are table stakes.

We always work with our partners to help solve their problems, even if the right solution isn't what they asked for or happens outside of our organization. Satisfied partners aren’t enough. We want raving fans.

We prioritize relationships first—with our partners, employees, direct reports, peers, and managers. We’re nothing more than people. Building, valuing, and maintaining strong relationships is the cornerstone of success. Relationships should be fun and rooted in honesty, and we should care about one another’s success and well-being first and foremost. 

People first applies to both the collective and the individual. The collective comes first. Sometimes, this value requires difficult conversations and tough decisions to ensure our long-term success. The balance matters and is the hard part. 

Have something to say, say it. Have a problem, solve it. Have concerns, voice them. Like debt, things left unsaid, problems left unsolved, compound over time and get worse and worse. In order to truly own something, you have to pay off the debt. We solve problems now, bury the hatchet, and move on. We are clear and kind. We own it. The only way to grow is to evolve. The industry and organization will be in a constant state of evolution. We welcome change, we seek out innovation, and seek new horizons in the constant pursuit of better. We own our growth.

We provide value to our customers by being experts. We are always looking to be 1% better than the day before. Both from a personal standpoint and a company standpoint. That means we do the work and don’t take shortcuts. We are humble and hungry. We take ownership for our growth and, at the same time, the business prioritizes that growth and education for our employees. 

We want to be the best people in advertising. We will only get there if the business and its employees are doing their part to master the craft. When it comes to trying to be the best, there’s no finish line.
