YourPath is our internal and proprietary training program, which (for many) starts at the University of Montana. The idea behind YourPath is simple. We want to educate and train the very best media professionals in the industry. Heck, it’s even one of our values. Pathlabs is set up to run wherever our teams are—at our headquarters in Missoula, our Bozeman office, remotely, or a mix of it all.

We welcome our team to Missoula for an annual all-hands week.
